Central Coin Laundry is operated by J&K Business LLC, 1036 Central Ave, Kansas City, KS 66102. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Central Coin Laundry website and service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account: your mobile phone number, and your name and email address if you provide them.
• Orders: pickup and delivery addresses, the items and services you order, delivery instructions, and order history.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a payment token and the last four digits and brand of your card; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical: device and browser information, IP address, and logs of your use of the Service, used for security and troubleshooting.

We use your information to:

• send you a one-time code to verify your phone number when you sign in;
• pick up, clean, and deliver your laundry, and keep you informed about your order;
• process payments, prevent fraud, and provide customer support;
• comply with legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service — payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and message delivery (Amazon Web Services), and delivery partners who need your address to complete a pickup or drop-off — and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you enter your phone number and tap “Continue” on the sign-in screen, we send one text message containing a verification code. We send one message per sign-in request and no marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Verification codes are deleted shortly after they expire. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls; no method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You can view and update your name, email, and addresses in the app.
• You can ask us to delete your account and personal information by emailing centralcoinlaundrykc@gmail.com. We may keep records we are required to retain by law.
• You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
